Do you offer staff discounts for BCSC Staff and Town of Brownsburg employees?
Yes! BCSC and Town employees both qualify for a discount for B.A.S.E. and PEAK programs. BCSC Staff must provide a copy of staff ID as proof of employment. Click here to apply
Does Brownsburg Parks offer any scholarships or financial aid?
Scholarships and Financial Aid are available to qualified applicants based upon the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines each school year. Please submit a completed scholarship application with all the required documents in order for the application to be processed. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Scholarships are only good for one school year.
Scholarships are only applicable to the B.A.S.E. and PEAK program and do not include Adventure Camp or Out of School day camps.

How do I register for Out of School Day Camps?
In Eleyo, Out of School Camps are referred to as "Non-School Days" and can be easily added to your BASE contract or registered for individually!
Only want to register for camps? When registering your child for the BASE program, select "Out of School Break Camps- ONLY" as your Site Location.

How do I request a refund?
If you would like to change or cancel your registration, you will need to submit a Refund Request form for approval online. Click here to fill out our Refund Request form
What happens for weather delays and closings?
Delays: BASE will open at 6:30 AM and remain open until the start of the school day for no additional charge.
Cancellations: If BCSC cancels school, B.A.S.E. and PEAK will also be cancelled. Parents will be notified via email and text. Refunds will be offered as online credit that can be used towards any future Brownsburg Parks youth programs.
